SKT was founded in Bursa in 1955 by three idealistic technical teachers at a time when all kinds of parts were needed in parallel with the development of the automotive sector in Turkey; it is currently the leading brand of its field operating within Diniz Holding. As the leading brand of the automotive sector in Turkey, it is experiencing the justified pride of turning its dreams into reality with its long-established history of more than half a century. Since the first day of its establishment, it has managed to become one of the strongest players of the summit in its sector with its innovative and perfectionist vision of the future. SKT, the owner of the firsts in Turkish industry, has made the first oil seal and electric motor production in Turkey and realized the first use of synthetic rubber.

It serves many branches of industry, especially the automotive sector, with its young and dynamic personnel experienced in the field of 14,000 m2 closed area in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone, on a total area of 20,000 m2. Its main products are rotary shaft seals with rubber and teflon lips, piston seals, U-cup and vibration dampers. It has the ability to perform many operations in an integrated manner with the latest technological machine park.

Analyzing the sector, the market and customer requests,, analyzing the human and nature in the focus of sustainability is always included among the company's goals to become a company that attaches importance to the human and nature. The expert engineer staff closely follows the latest developments in technology and the sector and leads the design and development of many sealing elements that are not produced in our country. With its wide export network, it contributes to the national economy by exporting 50% of its production to many countries of the world. SKT, which has flexible planning and production capabilities, is thus able to respond to customer demands and expectations in the fastest way. 60% of its general sales are made to OEMs and OES, and the remaining part is made to the spare parts field with strong distribution channels.

SKT has continued its research and development activities non-stop since the first day it was founded; it has formalized these projects in the SKT R&D Center by being entitled to receive the “R&D Center Certificate” by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in 2015. To date, TUBITAK has signed many supported projects and is moving forward by accelerating its projects every day.
